- International: Shipping fees apply for orders outside India, calculated per kilogram. The total shipping cost will be determined based on the weight of your order and will be displayed at checkout.

All our outfits are handcrafted, so please allow 15-20 working days for dispatch, both for domestic and international orders.

During peak seasons, festivals, or unforeseen circumstances (e.g., political unrest or public curfews), dispatch may be delayed by an additional 10-15 days. We will notify you via email or call if such delays occur.
Receiving Order Guidelines:
- To ensure your order arrives in good condition, we ask that you record an unboxing video and take photos with a time stamp within 48 hours of delivery. If you receive a damaged or opened parcel, please record a video, take photos, and do not accept the delivery. Send the images, video, and order number to us via email so we can address the issue promptly and resolve any claims with the shipment agency.
Process:
- After placing your order, it enters our processing system. Once your item(s) pass through quality checks and are securely packed, they are handed over to our delivery partners. You will receive a unique tracking number via email and SMS once your order is dispatched. Use this number to track your order on the courier partner’s website.

Prepaid & COD orders: Prepaid and COD orders are eligible for cancellation only within 24 hours of order placement. Worst.. Colour is different form the picture shown and it took 4 months to deliver the set. I have ordered it on 19th Dec 2024 and received the product on 23rd April 2025 after so many followups.
Pathetic experience, I ordered this on 14April 2025. The clothes were completely crushed when delivered. The material quality is very poor, completely synthetic. The mirror work has scratches all over. No refund policy has made my experience even more sour. Never ordering again!
