We are always with you, before and after your purchase. As an additional measure, please read through the following terms & conditions prior to making a purchase.
CANCELLATIONS & RETURNS
IN ALL CASES OF RETURNS & CANCELLATIONS, YOU CAN DROP US A MAIL AT SUPPORT@AACHHO.COM AND YOU WILL GET A REVERT WITHIN 24 WORKING HOURS.
RETURNS BY INDIAN CUSTOMER
When a return request is placed by the customer, after inspecting the return reason we will schedule a reverse Pick up. If the pick-up is not done for any reason (owing to customer or the courier company’s mistake,) responsibility lies on the customer to contact AACHHO for the pick-up again. Failure to contact Aachho on time to arrange the reverse pick-up will lead to rejection for return request.
After the return reaches our warehouse, we will check the products and see if they are eligible for return or not. Once approved, the refund will be issued in Aachho wallet within 5 days. If however the return is not approved for refund we will send the order back to you.
- Aachho will not be liable for any damage that happens during return shipping.
- Items returned by customer must be unused, undamaged, unworn and unwashed.
- Items must not have any perfume smell.
- No returns will be accepted on customised items.
When Exchange/Return is not accepted?
- Exchange/Return not accepted due to color Difference. 10 % Colour difference might be there due to screen resolution and lights.
- Exchange/Return are not accepted if Customer does not like the material or colour of the product order. As we use best quality material in the market and all product details are mentioned in the Product description. We would suggest you to please read all the details before placing the order.
- Validity of Credit voucher issued for exchange will be of 30 days.
